This birthday cake was made for a Hyland Seeds rep. It's a replica of the signs they usually have marking crops planted with their seed. This is a carrot cake filled with a cream cheese filling covered in a vanilla buttercream and topped and decorated with rolled fondant!

This cake was for a bridal shower for a fall wedding, so I tied in fall colors in the ribbon on the bottom, brown & orange and then 2 different shades of green fondant for the decorating. The cake is a 12x12 white cake filled with a raspberry cream mousse filling, covered in a vanilla buttercream and then in rolled fondant.

This was a 12x12 square cake shaped into a tiger face for a little man who loves tigers! It's a rainbow chip confetti cake covered in a vanilla buttercream and then in fondant. Happy Birthday!!

Ivory, Plum & Black

This 3 tier cake is made up of 15", 10", & 6" round layers of french vanilla cake all filled & covered in a chocolate fudge buttercream then covered in an ivory fondant. The bottom tier has plum colored polka dots (which look black in the lighting) outlined in small royal icing black dots, the middle tier detailing is also done in black royal icing and the top tier has been given an all over quilted imprint and has larger plum circles with the couples initials piped on to them. No need for a cake topper! Turned out great & the couple loved it!! All the best to the newlyweds!

Topsy Turvy

This was my 1st attempt at making a topsy turvy cake, I think it's maybe just a bit to topsy, but it was for my son's 1st birthday, and he's not a tough critic! It's just a white cake covered in buttercream icing and a couple chocolate chips to look like some poka dots. By the looks of things, I'm pretty confident he thought it was tasty! Lol

A little safari!

My baby turned 1, and I thought a safari theme would be cute. This cake is a 3 tier, 15", 10" & 6" round layers. The bottom layer is a white almond sour cream cake with a chocolate cream filling, covered in a vanilla butter cream then covered in a rolled marshmallow fondant. The 2nd tier is a chocolate black forest cake, with 3 fillings: chocolate cream, cherry filling & whipped cream, covered in a chocolate butter cream then in a rolled fondant. The top tier is a french vanilla cake with a cinnamon & sugar cream cheese filling covered in a cream cheese butter cream then a rolled fondant. I sculpted all the animals out of marshmallow fondant as well. On the top is a giraffe, elephant & some lady bugs, 2nd tier some bees & on the bottom an alligator, lion, hippo & a monkey. It was a lot of fun to make, and a tough act to follow for birthday #2!

This was a birthday cake for an outdoor camping enthusiast! It's a 10" chocolate cake, split twice and filled with whipped cream on both layers covered in a chocolate oreo buttercream icing & covered & decorated in a marshmallow fondant.

This is a 3 tiered cake 10", 6" & 4" with chocolate cake on the bottom & vanilla on the top 2 with a caramel filling covered in a buttercream icing then in rolled marshmallow fondant and decorated with 2 different shades of green marshmallow fondant leaves & little balls (yes now that I look at it they look like peas! lol) and the top tier has been imprinted to give it a quilt look.

This is a 6" white cake filled with a vanilla buttercream then covered in it and topped with marshmallow fondant.
